Collection – is a system of interconnected complex tools for monitoring of credit products of clients, notification about customers` debts and fulfillment of collection processes for various debts.

Peculiarities of the system
Collection provides the debt procession functional for the bank with various periods of delay. Debt collection is automated starting from the process of delay detection and by taking a legal action. The module performs monitoring of debts with various delays of physical persons and legal entities, as well as support of organization of contacts with clients for settlement of consequences of non-fulfillment of obligations to the bank. Debt restructuring tools are stipulated for individual approach in the work with important clients.
