On June 21, SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES hosted the “Adaptation in Management Role” training as part of the “ST-HIPO” – internal human resources development program. Alla Bolotina, Lead HR specialist at SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES, held the meeting.

The training was aimed at effectively adapting employees to the managerial role, forming the right attitudes and changing role relationships during the transition to a managerial position. Issues of motivation, feedback effects and the specifics of choosing the right form of control were discussed at the event.

The meeting participants noted the relevance and practical value of the training, as well as the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge and skills in practice to ensure the most effective work of the team.
