Last Saturday, the training “Conflict resolution skills in a team” was held at the company SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES. The event was organized as part of the internal training program “ST-HIPO”, aimed at developing the professional skills of company’s key employees. The guest speaker was Olga Holodkova, Professional coach ICC.

As part of the training, our colleagues discussed what a conflict is and what are the main strategies for resolving it. Participants found out that conflicts are a natural part of teamwork and discussed how to transform it into opportunity for growth. They also discussed how important it is not only to be a leader, but also to be a mediator capable of directing the team to constructive solutions.

The training was held in the format of interactive discussions and practical exercises, which allowed all participants to actively join the communication process and practice various conflict resolution techniques to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the team.
