For us, participation in IT Space was also an opportunity to engage in dialogue with candidates and companies similar to ours, and to talk about what is important today for IT teams and business.

IT Space is a conference for active IT professionals with work experience in IT. On March 28, the conference took place for the fourth time. This year’s main topic was employee motivation and engagement, achieving results, successful cases, and competency development.
