On April 12-13, the team of SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES took part in an exciting “Kanban System Design” training with invited trainer Dmitry Orlov from AgileLAB.

As part of the training, colleagues immersed themselves in the world of Kanban, where they were able to master effective visualization of workflows, task flow management and the use of key metrics to effectiveness. The training was based not only on the theoretical part, but also on practical cases: colleagues practiced the design of Kanban systems and took part in the “Get Kanban” simulation game.
