Last week, we held a Lean Coffee session for mentors. Together, we discussed the challenges mentors face every day when working with new employees: building relationships, aligning goals and expectations, providing developmental feedback, and fostering independence.

The agenda was created by the participants themselves through topic collection and voting. This made the conversation lively and practical: participants shared real-life situations, approaches that already work, and questions that still need to be explored.

Thank you to everyone for your openness and willingness to share your experience. Meetings like these help us find new solutions and make the onboarding experience for new colleagues even more comfortable and effective.
