Management competencies

«SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES» conducted training of the system of competences for banks in August. The company entered the initiator and moderator of the meeting. The training took into account the considerable experience in the management of competencies possessed by the Belarusian banks and included new mechanisms and approaches to the formation of a competent professional skills. The main objective of the training was to introduce a model of competence and principles of its development.

Participants learnt to clearly distinguish between soft skills and hard skills, in groups developing a set of competencies for employees of different positions. The company's specialists presented possible ways of automating existing management competencies as an example of the module "Assessment of competency." All training participants were awarded certificates of successful completion of the course.  

The company plans to continue its practice of close contact with customers and makes suggestions on the subject of ongoing customer training and workshops.
