On September 26, the STLab+ project held a meetup on the topic: “Change Management: Key Perspectives and Management Models”.

In the first part of the meetup the Head of the Innovation Development Department Anna Elfimova shared not only theory but also real-world examples that actively engaged the audience in the meeting’s topic.

In the second part, the colleagues successfully collaborated in a hands-on setting, working in groups on cases that were as close to real-life as possible. Participants asked questions and shared their opinions and experiences.

As a final touch to reinforce the knowledge gained, Anna also prepared a checklist for her colleagues with recommendations for implementing changes, which can be used in their work to enhance productive collaboration.
