On June 13 and 20, our employees attended the post-training “Effective Mentoring”.

Before the meetings, colleagues watched training videos and took a test to consolidate them, and during the post-training sessions themselves, they reviewed the theoretical foundations and discussed questions that arose during the study.

As part of the post-trainings, employees learned how to establish contact with mentees and formulate goals, how to correctly set checkpoints and, of course, how to give developmental and valuable feedback.
