Developing expertise is our priority.

On June 18–19, our colleagues participated in the advanced SAFe Advanced Scrum Master training. The program is designed for Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and team leads who already work in a scaled Agile environment and aim to expand their role beyond basic practices.

During the training, special attention was given to practical tools for working at the ART (Agile Release Train) level: improving team efficiency, enhancing team flow, developing cross-team collaboration, and managing conflicts in complex organizational environments.

We particularly value the systemic perspective on processes — not only at the level of an individual team, but also across the entire value stream. This approach makes it possible to more accurately identify growth opportunities and build sustainable improvements in working processes.
