The STLab project recently held a meetup dedicated to unified approaches to development, led by DevOps engineer Ivan.

The participants discussed why unified processes are especially important as teams and projects grow. A key topic was the Unified approach to CI/CD, which helps automate delivery, simplify project support, and introduces standards to ensure the code path from commit to production is fast and predictable.

The training also included discussions on why teams need a unified approach to development, how standardization helps speed up workflows, the importance of reducing manual intervention, and how transparent processes make work more sustainable.
